Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays.

How long does shipping take?

  • Total delivery time: 6–12 business days (processing + shipping)

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

What items are eligible for return?

Returned items must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible.

How do I start a return?

  • Reason for return

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless:

  • The item is defective
  • We made an error with your order

All returns must be sent to our China return center:

If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
