Returns

If you would like to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. We will provide return instructions, including packaging guidance and tracking confirmation.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • If your return is rejected (due to worn condition, missing packaging, or damage), the item will be returned to you without a refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
